Bring your friends, colleagues or sports group for this exclusive-use team session. Under the guidance of our elite level coaching team, each person will have a real Cold Exposure experience in our packed ice baths at 0ºC, followed by a rewarming period in our spacious, traditional sauna. Whether you're looking for physical recovery benefits, mental resilience training or simply a group bonding experience, our record breaking Ice Coaches will help your team achieve more than they thought possible and ensure you leave with lasting benefits and even longer lasting memories! Suitable for groups up to 15 people, additional guests can be included for a fee. To book your group session please contact us on 07338080187 during business hours to discuss availability. Safety: Please check with your doctor or healthcare provider before using our facilities if you have any medical conditions or take medication. Always inform our staff of any relevant health conditions, medications or concerns before your session. A full safety briefing and waiver will be provided before participation.
Cancellation Policy
Things to bring to your session: - Usual swimwear - Towels (one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry yourself with) Please note - for hygiene reasons you cannot access the sauna without a towel. To cancel or reschedule your session please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your session. No refund will be given for no-shows or sessions cancelled within 48 hours of booked timeslot.
