Service Description
Bring your friends and experience a private Contrast therapy session together. Enjoy exclusive use of our contrast space for up to 8 people, alternating between the soothing heat of the traditional sauna and the intensity of the cold plunge tank, chilled to 5-7ºC. Perfect for friends, family, couples or anyone who wants to experience the benefits of Contrast Therapy in a more private setting. Please note this is a Contrast Therapy session - it will be self-led and includes access to the sauna and cold water tank only. If you would like to take on the challenge of an ice bath, please book our "Coached Ice Bath" option instead where one of our trained coaches will guide you through a Cold Exposure session. To book your private session, please contact us on 07338080187 during business hours to discuss availability. Safety: Please check with your doctor or healthcare provider before using our facilities if you have any medical conditions or take medication. Always inform our staff of any relevant health conditions, medications or concerns before your session. A full safety briefing and waiver will be provided before participation.
Cancellation Policy
Things to bring to your session: - Usual swimwear - Towels (one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry yourself with) Please note - for hygiene reasons you cannot access the sauna without a towel. To cancel or reschedule your session please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your session. No refund will be given for no-shows or sessions cancelled within 48 hours of booked timeslot.
