Saturday Soundbath 4pm
Sound healing. Fire and Ice. Relax
Service Description
Come join us for the ultimate collaboration between Flowstate Experience and Serenity Sound Reiki. The beautiful sounds from Angie's gong, tibetan and crystal Sound bowls will melt all your stresses away, take your mind into a state of inner peace and calm, all whilst resetting your nervous system. An angel card reading will follow the soundbath. Then let the Flowstate team support and guide you into the ice, where you may release trauma, give your body and mind a complete reset. You may come out feeling like you have let go of what no longer serves you and feel more resilient in both body and mind. You will complete this session with a rejuvenating traditional sauna. Which will not only regenerate the heat in your body, it promotes heart health and circulation, especially when combined with cold exposure. Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks will be available, but if you prefer the comfort of your own feel free to bring them along. Herbal tea and water will be available. *Ice bath and sauna are optional. Please check with your healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions before booking *
