Everyone is welcome - from complete beginner to total pro and don't worry if you don't know anyone yet, we were all strangers once but we guarantee you won't leave as one! And as a special thank you to our incredible community, everyone who comes along to our Thank Flowstate it's Friday nights will receive access to an exclusive community code, allowing you to book a coached ice bath session through the following week for just £20 - that's half off our usual price! No need to book online - just turn up, £20 on the door (cash preferred). What to bring: - your usual swimwear - a towel to sit on in the sauna and another to dry yourself with - water.....we do have water available but bringing your own helps us to keep costs down so we can continue to offer these reduced-price community nights. Come along, get cold and then hot, meet some good people and find your Flowstate in our brilliant community! Safety: Please check with your doctor or healthcare provider before using our facilities if you have any medical conditions or take medication.
